Building on the foundation of the digital transformation work, a new department was established, Digital & Business Intelligence. The aim of the department is to drive digital transformation, streamline operations, grow our online customer base and introduce innovative strategies and initiatives that align with the goals of the business. Central to this is developing and extending the use of business intelligence to provide actionable insights across the organization. Digital & Business Intelligence also directs the online sales channels for B2C and (soon) B2B by deploying data-driven customer acquisition and retention strategies to facilitate growth.

Transformed a contract brewery running on spreadsheets to a production brewery powered by SAP, focusing on the digitalization aspects of the entire organization including warehousing, supply chain, logistics, production, sales and finance as well as eCommerce. The transformation resulted in a unified way for departments to work together centered around the production of beer, cocktails and most recently spirits. Business critical processes needed for a brewery like production planning, cost and inventory control, traceability and excise reporting became streamlined processes and the centralization of activity provided impactful reporting capabilities across the organization using Power BI. The end result is that To Øl has the foundation and the blueprint for scaling up globally.

input / output was a digital extension for creative studios based in New York and Copenhagen building unique experiences and narratives to help ambitious brands reach strategic objectives. As a digital partner, i/o worked closely with creatives and brands to turn concepts into engaging realities. Worked with brands such as Diesel, Hennessy, Ganni, By Malene Birger, Tiger of Sweden, Pandora, Diemme and Gehl People.

Tradeshift
Working to ultimately ensure a solid end user experience for new customers typically integrating enterprise supply chain tech. Developed system to quickly identify trending bugs and issues using tags in Zendesk tickets paired with Gooddata analytics for real-time feedback to the engineering team to better understand user behavior and emerging issues with onboarding in the Tradeshift platform.

Responsible for all IT management and operations at JDS Architects in its offices in Copenhagen, Brussels and Oslo during a time of rapid growth and projects across the globe such as the Holmenkollen Ski Jump in Oslo. Lots of room for experimentation and in that time learned about principles of design, typography and project oriented work.
